How to prepare them
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces that are generally small that will not give you hard time while mashing the potatoes. Get them and put them in a bigger sauce pan adding some little salt, and boil them until they are ready. When they’re cooked through, the fork should easily slide into the potatoes with no resistance, and the potatoes should almost, but not totally, fall apart. Drain the potatoes so that there is no water remaining in them and then you can mash them while on a very low heat
After that get a smaller pot, heat it on fire adding oil and then fry the onions. When they are ready or with some brown color, add them to the pot which has the mashed potatoes and then mix them very well leaving them on that low heat. If you want to use butter, then you will have to add it when you have finished mashing the potatoes and mix them well on a low heat still.
get another pot from which you are going to make the liver gravy and heat it adding oil, then onions,coatmeal,green pepper, and then later add the liver and leave it on heat for about 20minutes.
