Akaboxi is local sauce that is prepared and boiled without one having to fry the meat. How to make it
Get your saucepan and get the meat, start chopping it into small pieces of your choice, putting it in the saucepan. Get the tomatoes, onions, carrots, coat meal, green pepper and cut them mixing them with the meat in the saucepan and then add salt plus some little water. Get a bigger sauce pan from which you are going to boil your kabox from .get like banana fibres and lay them in the sauce pan and then put you kaboxi. Put on fire to boil for at least 1 and ½ or 2 hours, and then you can check it. If its ready then you can eat with the type of food you prepared be it banana, posho, rice among others. This is so good for you especially if you are pressure, diabetes and other health problems.
