Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray, ¼ lb pork chops
- 1/4 cup reduce-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, partially drained
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place pork in baking dish in a single layer.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce with brown sugar, ginger, red pepper and pineapple.
- Pour over pork chops.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, basting frequently.
